Do your sunglasses offer UV protection?

Absolutely. All our sunglasses come with UV400 lenses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays, this level of protection is essential in preventing long-term eye damage and ensuring your vision stays protected — no matter the season or setting.

Are your sunglasses polarized?

Yes — every single pair we make features polarized lenses as standard.
Polarized lenses reduce glare caused by reflective surfaces such as water, roads, and glass. This enhances visual clarity, sharpens contrast, and significantly reduces eye strain, especially in bright or high-glare environments.
Whether you're driving, traveling, or simply walking through the city, polarized lenses deliver a visibly more comfortable experience.

What materials do you use?

Our frames are made from premium acetate for durability and style, and complemented by nickel silver-supported temples for added strength.

How should I care for my sunglasses?

Use the suede cloth in the box to clean the lenses. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the lens coating.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship, and how much is shipping?

We typically ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• If you're located within the European Union (EU), your order will ship from our warehouse in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), and shipping is completely free—no hidden fees, no surprises.
• For customers outside the European Union (EU), your order may be shipped from our warehouse in China, depending on your delivery address. The available shipping method, estimated delivery time, and exact fee will be shown at checkout.

Which carriers do you use? Is tracking included?

We ship with trusted logistics partners such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD.

All orders include Track & Trace, so you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your sunglasses are on their way.

The shipping provider is automatically selected based on your location and the current logistics capacity to ensure smooth delivery.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your package in real time via the carrier's website.

Exchanges & Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your sunglasses must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@gandsbrand.com. Returns that are sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and label, but the postage will be deducted from your refund or billed separately.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different model or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
• Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
• If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@gandsbrand.com.
